This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions applicable to registration for the Tech Expo Gujarat, 2025 (“Event”), registered under the applicable laws of India, and having jurisdiction exclusively in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By registering for, subscribing to, or participating in the Event through our website: https://www.techexpogujarat.com/ or any other authorized platform, You (“Participant”, “User”, “You”) acknowledge that You have read, understood, and accepted this Policy, including all terms relating to foreign remittances.
Your continued use of Our website, participation in the Event, and payment for registration shall be treated as Your deemed acceptance of Our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Authorization to Collect Fees
We are authorized to collect event registration fees, participation charges, or any amounts as may be applicable to the Event from time to time. Such collection shall be strictly as per the published pricing and the terms accepted by the Participant at the time of registration. In case of any fraudulent behaviour, misrepresentation, unethical conduct, or violation of Event guidelines by the Participant, We reserve the right to cancel the registration with no refund.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy for Event Registration
All amounts paid toward Event registration are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Once the registration fee is successfully paid, the Participant shall not be entitled to any refund, reversal, or credit, irrespective of:
- inability to attend the Event,
- change of schedule,
- personal reasons,
- travel or technical difficulties,
- misunderstanding of Event features, or
- any other circumstances preventing participation.
The Participant acknowledges that the registration fee represents a commitment fee, and the Company incurs administrative, logistical, technological, and organizational costs upon each registration.
3. Cancellation by Participant
Event registrations are non-cancellable by the Participant. Any voluntary withdrawal, non-attendance, or failure to participate in the Event shall not give rise to any refund, credit, or compensation from Us or from any payment intermediary associated with the transaction.
4. Event Postponement or Cancellation by the Company
In the unlikely event that We are compelled to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to circumstances beyond Our control (including force majeure events, government orders, safety concerns, or technical failures), We may, at Our sole discretion:
- reschedule the Event; or
- offer participation in a future edition of the Event.
Even in such circumstances, no monetary refund shall be issued under any condition.
The Participant agrees that rescheduling or credit for future participation constitutes a valid and sufficient remedy.
5. Participant Conduct & Misrepresentation
The Company reserves the right to immediately cancel any registration, deny entry, or remove any Participant from the Event (physical or virtual) for:
- misconduct, harassment, or breach of Event Code of Conduct;
- violation of platform rules during online sessions;
- misuse of access credentials;
- sharing unauthorized recordings or distributing confidential Event content; or
- misrepresentation of identity or qualifications.
No refund or compensation shall be issued in such cases.
6. Non-Transferability of Registration
Unless expressly permitted by the Company in writing, Event registrations are strictly non-transferable. Requests for transfer to another individual may be considered at the Company’s discretion depending on timing, security considerations, and operational logistics. The Company reserves the final right to refuse such requests without assigning any reasons.
7. Digital and On-Ground Delivery of Event Content
The Participant acknowledges that the Company may deliver Event content in hybrid, physical, or fully digital format. Failure of the Participant to meet technical requirements (internet access, device compatibility, platform login, etc.) or to be physically present at the venue (where applicable) shall not entitle the Participant to a refund.
8. No Chargebacks and No Reversal
The Participant agrees not to raise chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund claims through banks, payment gateways, or credit card providers for any reason whatsoever. Any such attempt shall be considered a breach of this Policy and may result in legal action and permanent denial of future participation.
9. Taxes
Applicable taxes shall be included or added to the registration fee as required by Indian tax laws. Taxes once collected cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as they are payable to government authorities and do not constitute revenue of the Company.
10. Refund Requests in Exceptional Circumstances
Although the Event follows a strict NO REFUND rule, in extremely rare situations involving force majeure, if the Company decides, at its sole and exclusive discretion, to process a partial refund, such refund (if any) shall:
- be subject to internal verification,
- be exclusive of any taxes, bank charges, or gateway fees,
- be reduced by a cancellation/processing fee as determined by the Company,
- be processed within 30 working days of approval.
The Participant acknowledges that such discretionary refund shall not create any precedent or future entitlement.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed strictly in accordance with the laws of India. For any disputes, claims, or proceedings, the courts situated at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
By registering for the Event, the Participant irrevocably consents to this policy and this above mentioned jurisdiction.
